By using Vistara Path, you agree to use the product responsibly and understand that resume tailoring is an assistive tool, not a guarantee of employment, sponsorship, or interview selection.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vistara Path. The product is intended for college students, graduates, and adult job seekers.
Use of the Product
Vistara Path is designed to help users improve resume clarity, formatting, and job alignment. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it.
Browser Extension Use
The Vistara Path browser extension is a permission-based companion that can import a job page into the Vistara Path app after you click the extension button. It does not auto-apply, does not submit applications, and is not an official LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, or employer partnership unless separately stated. You are responsible for reviewing imported job content before using it.
AI Processing
By using resume tailoring, resume revision, cover-letter generation, interview-answer generation, or GPT-5.6 application decision briefs, you understand that relevant resume text, job-description text, sponsor-signal context, OPT timing context when provided, and user instructions are processed by third-party AI providers, including Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and OpenAI, so the requested output can be created or reviewed. Do not submit sensitive personal data that is not needed for the job-search workflow.
Product Learning Permission
Vistara Path may use de-identified activity patterns, questions, ratings, feature usage, saved statuses, outcomes, feedback signals, and DSO-confirmed correction signals to improve product guidance, prompts, rules, ranking, testing, evaluation, and future model-training workflows only when you explicitly grant AI/product-learning permission. This permission is optional, revocable in your profile, and separate from anonymous pilot-report permission and public quote permission. Raw resumes, private job details, immigration documents, SEVIS IDs, passport data, and school advising records are excluded unless a separate specific permission is introduced and granted.
No False Claims
You should not use Vistara Path to create fake jobs, licenses, employers, certifications, dates, degrees, metrics, or work authorization claims.
No Legal or Immigration Advice
Vistara Path is not a law firm and does not provide legal or immigration advice. For immigration questions, speak with your DSO or a qualified attorney.
Sponsor Signal Limitations
Sponsor Signal is a decision-support research feature based on historical public-data signals, including DOL H-1B LCA disclosure records and USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub petition first-decision counts where available. LCA activity and petition history are not the same as a sponsorship guarantee, current hiring policy, job availability, individual petition approval, or legal advice.

Any pricing shown for 2027 is planned pricing only and is not currently available for purchase unless explicitly stated.
